HART Festival is an art festival held in Northeast Baltimore City on June 6th, 2026. The festival events take place at the Mid-Atlantic Performing Arts lot at 3000 Wisteria Avenue and participating businesses 5400 - 6000 Harford Road. Come for performances, visual art, workshops, concerts, author readings, and so much more!
